Goalkeeper

Alphonse Areola (West Ham): His team were close to being six behind at Bournemouth but for him. Massive moment, rose to the occasion and displayed real class. Excellent keeping to earn them a 2-2 draw. Losing might have ruined their entire term.

Backline

Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's up there for top performer. People will talk Arsenal's squad. He's been the top performer without doubt.

Murillo (Nottingham Forest): One would need to be a crazy Forest fan to say 'Murillo nets and we overcome Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. You could have gotten huge prices on that. He performed brilliantly. He is emerging as a dominant figure. He can really be a challenge. Delighted to see him playing as he did previously.

Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I saw him a few times last year in Italy for AC Milan and he had difficulties from his faults. Yet now he's been a monster. He has shown great strength and powerful and appears graceful. It seems he has secured a perfect fit.

Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not naturally a left-back, leaning towards a contemporary style going forward. He's been a wonderful signing for Brighton. It's no shock at them finding another gem unexpectedly? I thought after selling Pervis Estupinan that was strange but the Seagulls understand more than us.

Central players

Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Alike in style and they're in for the shared purpose. Their teams won, many mention the scorers, but absent these individuals the squads falter. They excel. They halt attacks, they support going forward.

Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The current star. Many Arsenal fans, like my child, expressed skepticism about his ability as the man to get them over the top. Three strikes in the local rivalry and currently fans desire to make a statue of him. Finishing, poise, he controlled the game. The top performer on the pitch.

Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Maybe this is thing that I agree with Thomas Tuchel on - he is at a point now where it's going to be very difficult to drop Morgan Rogers. I felt he began well this campaign, In my opinion he was a little bit entitled and hoped he might have got a move to Chelsea, and perhaps aimed for that, but he seems to have adapted well. A brilliant brace obviously against Leeds dragged his team from a deficit. He was the difference maker.

Strikers

Callum Wilson (West Ham): I mentioned he appeared not his normal self. He appeared as if he'd lost a yard. Yet amazing. That's all I can say. He performed superbly. Brilliant in his play and in his dual goals.

Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A really interesting player. He excels, typically sharper when introduced, but Anthony Gordon has an injury so he has to play. He failed to convert a key opening against Manchester City at 0-0 with his easiest shot. Yet possessing the psychological strength to enter into challenging moments and net two was impressive.

Coach

Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He arrives and beats Arne Slot. A excellent strategy. It might have been multiple goals for Forest and few would dispute.
